2 Tone's To Cumbria

Tony came to my house for 6am Sunday morning, yes 6am on our day off, then set off up the M18,M62,A1(M) heading through Harewood (leeds) then through Ilkley to stop off at Kirkby Lonsdale for a Brew.
We then re-fuelled up and off again, destation was Parton Near Whitehaven, we arrived about 12pm after stopping off at Windermere and then Keswick (no rush then eh).
Sunday dinner at Tony's mum's house & met his sister and her grandson (dinner was very nice ).
After some pudding and a cuppa it was off down to Barrow In Furness to see Tony's brother who came off his Gixa 1000 last Sunday in Kendal, he was a lucky man and is now on the mend.
Re-fuelled up at Ulveston and next stop was Squires Cafe at Sherburn on the way home, we just had to go there as a Sunday would not be Sunday without a visit there and another cuppa ( needed the break anyway ).
We left Squires at 19.40hrs and back home it was. I covered 362.5 miles today and Tony a bit more as he lives out near Scunthorpe, Great day was Had....
