Sunday in Scarborough
It was Mothers day here on Sunday 18Th March 2012 so the wife & I had a drive, yes Drive in the car over too Scarborough (famous for the Mod weekends at Easter).
We had booked a table in a Restaurant called ASk, very nice it was over looking the Harbour.
After our meal we had a walk around the Harbour & sea front & parked up I spotted the following 2 bikes parked up.
Going up & down the Sea front were plenty of other bikers Harley's etc.
The Er6 was out this morning getting the feel of the outside after being in the garage for now 8 months, I'm off out on her 1.4.2012 to Willingham Woods Cafe near Market Rasen then the post's will be back on, See you soon....

Hello, Hello Hello,
Yes, I'm still here hanging on.
The Bike has been out of the Garage a few time during the last few months
& fired up just to keep things working.
Decided to keep the Er 6 F for the forcible future so next month she will Insured once again & the road tax purchased for April the 1st 2012.
Got a week booked off work in May so an option for a trip again is pending with my mate Phil who I went away with last June, so soon I will be posting on my trips out & about.

Shopping !!!!!!!
Had a drive up to the Triumph dealer near Rotherham today just to have a nosey around and to see if he had managed to hold of a second hand Sprint GT, No he ain't.
But he had a GT for me to have a blast on, so I might go in a few weeks and have another go on one.
I might also look at putting the bike in there Showroom for them to sell.
Sounds like a good idea and saves me the hassle of trying to sell it, he has already told me the price he would put it up at and what I would get back and it don't sound too bad.
Up-date soon.....
Ps, it's really riding weather here at the moment in the UK..

Decided to bring the Bike out of the Garage today
and fire her up, Guess what, Flat Battery LOL.
So dig out the Battery Charger and stick it on
charge for a few hours & over night,
This morning 21.11.11 tried again and Woosh hey hey
she fired up ( you would expect it though).
So I think during the winter months while she is
SORN while on holiday in the garage, she will have
to be started up every 2 weeks.

O Yes in Deedee.....
Well today was the day.
Sprint GT day, weather was good but cool, 5.5 deg C at 9am when we set for York.
After sorting out he Insurance arrangments for the test ride Woooooosh we were off,
63 miles or there about's then stick some fuel back in the Blue Beauty and back to the
dealer's, Sob Sob to hand her back.
Had a great ride around for nearly 2 hrs, the only issue was that they will not offer me
the correct money for my Bike in Part ex !!!!!
So off to a different dealer to see if I can get a better deal.

The End Is Nigh !!!!
At Bloody last, the wife & I are taking a trip over to York in the morning to at last have a test ride on the Triumph Sprint GT.
We had arranged to go on Monday just gone but the weather was not too great here so at short notice I've managed to get a holiday off work 2moro & the forecast looks Bingo.
